Gluten-Free Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Gluten-Free Flour Blend 1 tbsp. sugar ¼ ts. salt 1 ½ cups milk 4 eggs 3 tbsp. unsalted butter,  melted & cooled slightly 1 ts. oil

How To Make GF Crepe Batter

In a blender, using a measuring cup, combine flour, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs. Blend smooth. Then add melted, cooled butter. Blend again completely.

Prepare Your Frying Pan

Preheat a 10-inch nonstick skillet or crepe pan over low heat, with oil. Increase the heat to medium. Remove any excess oil.

Start Your Crepe

Pour in ⅓ cup of batter. Swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook until the crepe is browned along the edges, about 30-60 seconds.

Flip The Crepe

Use a thin spatula to loosen the crepe, then use your fingers to flip the crepe over (the crepe will be hot so work quickly!).

Cook until it's browned, about 15 seconds longer. Transfer the crepe to a cooling rack and repeat with the remaining batter.

Finish Cooking Your Crepe

Sweet Crepe

When you are done, spread your cooked crepes with peanut butter, jam, or Nutella to make a sweet dessert crepe.

Savory Crepe

For a delicious savory crepe, fill your crepe with ham and cheese and then serve it with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Yum!
