Yogurt Marinated Chicken

Juicy & Flavorful

This yogurt-marinated grilled chicken recipe results in juicy, tender, and flavorful chicken! Pair it with grilled veggies, or serve it in wraps, salads, or grain bowls for a healthy, delicious dinner.

Ingredients: Plain Yogurt or Greek Yogurt Garlic Paprika Oregano Honey Boneless Chicken Breasts or Thighs

Mix together the yogurt, paprika, garlic, oregano, & honey. Season with salt & pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade & toss to coat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Heat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat. Clean the grill grates and brush them lightly with olive oil.

Scrape off the excess yogurt garlic marinade. Grill chicken until brown on both sides about 5-6 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for the desired temp of 165 degrees.

After the chicken reaches the desired temp, transfer it to a cutting board. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it rest for 5 minutes.

To make chicken kabobs cut the chicken into 1 1/2 inch chunks before marinating. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill until brown on all sides.

Serving Suggestions:  Sprinkle the marinated chicken with lemon juice before serving. Slice the chicken to serve in salads, wraps, sandwiches, or grain bowls.

Tips  To ensure juicy chicken breasts, pound them with a meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness.  Use smoked paprika to give a smoky depth of flavor.  If you like it spicy, add cayenne or chili flakes to the marinade.
