3

Heat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat. Clean the grill grates and brush them lightly with olive oil.

4

Scrape off the excess yogurt garlic marinade. Grill chicken until brown on both sides about 5-6 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for the desired temp of 165 degrees.

5

After the chicken reaches the desired temp, transfer it to a cutting board. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it rest for 5 minutes.

6

To make chicken kabobs cut the chicken into 1 1/2 inch chunks before marinating. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill until brown on all sides.

Serving Suggestions:  Sprinkle the marinated chicken with lemon juice before serving. Slice the chicken to serve in salads, wraps, sandwiches, or grain bowls.

Tips  To ensure juicy chicken breasts, pound them with a meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness.  Use smoked paprika to give a smoky depth of flavor.  If you like it spicy, add cayenne or chili flakes to the marinade.
