Sriracha Mayo
Trust me when I tell you that you will want to—and should—slather this spicy mayo on everything, from sandwiches, to burgers, to fries.

Ingredients

cup
vegan or regular mayonnaise

small garlic clove, grated on microplane
1
teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
1-2
teaspoons
sriracha, to taste
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix everything together, adding sriracha to taste depending on how spicy you like it. Season with salt and pepper.

Do Ahead:
The sriracha mayo can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
