Sriracha Mayo

Trust me when I tell you that you will want to—and should—slather this spicy mayo on everything, from sandwiches, to burgers, to fries.

  • ½ cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated on microplane
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha, to taste
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper


  • Mix everything together, adding sriracha to taste depending on how spicy you like it. Season with salt and pepper.


Do Ahead: The sriracha mayo can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
