These banana breakfast cookies are the perfect treat when you're in a rush and need something healthy to fuel your morning. 

Ingredients

Oats Salt Cinnamon Walnuts or pecans Flaxseeds Banana puree Coconut oil chocolate chips Raisins or chopped dates

Break the bananas in half and add them to the blender.

Blend the ripe bananas until smooth, aim for 2 cups of puree.

Mix the banana puree with the remaining ingredients and stir in your preferred add-ins.

Scoop the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and flatten them.

Bake until golden brown.
