Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

This Broccoli Cheddar Quiche has a light and silky egg custard with pockets of broccoli, a cheesy top and a flaky crust!

Ingredients: -Broccoli, shallots & garlic -Eggs -Half and half -Dijon mustard -Parmesan cheese -Cheddar cheese -Pie crust

Cook sliced shallots and garlic until softened

Add broccoli florets and water.

Cover and cook until the broccoli is tender.

Brush a pre-baked pie crust with Dijon mustard.

Add the broccoli mixture.

Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and cheddar.

Mix eggs, half-and-half and salt in a blender until frothy.

Pour the egg custard over the quiche filling.

Bake the quiche until the top is browned and the custard is set.

You can make the quiche up to 3 days ahead, perfect for entertaining!
