Never throw herbs away again! Once you learn how to make green sauce, you can transform any leftover herbs into a flavor-packed sauce that you can use on meat, fish, bowls & more.

Ingredients

Garlic cloves Herbs Nuts or seeds Lemon juice, lime juice, red wine, or sherry vinegar Extra virgin olive oil Optional add-ins

Process the garlic, herbs, nuts, and seeds in a food processor until finely chopped.

Add lemon or lime juice (or red wine vinegar).

Add any add-ins (such as grated cheese, anchovies or chiles).

Puree until smooth. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as desired.
