These healthy blueberry blender muffins are the perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack. They’re gluten-free, dairy free and naturally sweetened!

Ingredients

Old fashioned rolled oats Sliced almonds Ground flaxseeds Baking powder Cinnamon and nutmeg Nut milk Banana Maple syrup Vanilla Coconut oil Eggs Fresh or frozen blueberries

Line muffin tins with parchment cups.

In a blender, combine the dry ingredients and blend until finely ground. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Blend the wet ingredients until smooth.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.

Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin cups and bake.
