This irresistible gluten free peach crisp features juicy, spiced peaches and a crunchy oat and nut topping. It's naturally sweetened and easy to make!

Ingredients

Oats Pecans Coconut sugar Sea salt Cinnamon Cardamom Ground nutmeg Butter or coconut oil Peaches Vanilla extract Cornstarch

Blend oats until finely ground then coarsely chop pecans. Add the remaining topping ingredients.

Combine the peaches with sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, and cornstarch.

Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches and bake.
