Any time is a good time for this gorgeous Strawberry Galette. With a flaky crust and fresh strawberry filling, it's a stunning summer dessert that anybody can master.

Ingredients

Strawberries Brown sugar Cinnamon Cardamom Vanilla paste Cornstarch Pie Crust (recipe included) Egg Turbinado sugar Butter

Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to coat.

Roll out the dough on a piece of lightly floured parchment.

Arrange the strawberry filling in the center of the dough, then fold up the edges.

Brush the sides of the galette with egg, and sprinkle with sugar.

Dot the berries with butter.

Bake the strawberry galette until the crust is golden brown.
