Gluten Free Vegan Flatbreads

These Easy Gluten Free Vegan Flatbreads are a cinch to make with no yeast or eggs! The flatbreads are tender and flaky with a delicious flavor.

Ingredients: -Gluten Free Flour -Almond Flour -Baking Powder -Salt -Coconut Milk -Apple Cider Vinegar


Whisk together gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt. 


Combine full-fat coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. 


Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.


Transfer the dough to a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and work into a ball. 


Divide the dough into four pieces and form them into balls. Refrigerate while you preheat a cast iron skillet. 


Working with one piece of dough at a time, roll it between floured pieces of parchment paper into an 1/8-inch oval. 


Swiftly flip the dough into a hot oiled cast iron skillet. Peel off the top layer of parchment paper.


Cook the flatbread until it's browned in spots on the bottom, then flip it over and cook it until golden on the other side.

Serve the gluten free vegan flatbreads with your favorite curries, stews, salads and dips.
