This gochujang pork tenderloin is the perfect way to get in your greens and protein in one dinner. The salad is a healthy, flavorful main course that's both easy and delicious!

Ingredients

fish sauce

garlic

sesame oil

gochujang

vegetable oil

tamari

honey

lime juice

ginger

pork tenderloin

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Pour ¼ cup of the marinade over a pork tenderloin and marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).

Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and grill until caramelized.

Serve the gochujang pork tenderloin over lettuce with snap peas, radishes, mint and peanuts, with the remaining marinade as the dressing.
