A quick and easy marinade and a herby Italian salsa verde transform a grilled skirt steak into a show-stopping meal. It's perfect for weeknights AND entertaining!

Ingredients

skirt steak

salsa  verde

rosemary  &  thyme

olive oil

salt & pepper

garlic

Make the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for 30-60 minutes (or refrigerate it overnight).

Remove the skirt steak from the marinade and preheat the grill to medium-high.

Grill the skirt steak until it's browned with grill marks on the bottom, then repeat on the other side.

Let the steak rest, then slice it against the grain. Serve the steak with an easy salsa verde.
