 Zucchini brownies! Yes, you read that right. These decadent, double chocolate zucchini brownies are made with healthy ingredients, but have a rich, indulgent flavor.

Ingredients

zucchini

eggs

vanilla extract

oil

maple syrup

all-purpose or GF flour

almond flour

cacao powder

chocolate chips

In a food processor, combine coarsely chopped zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Add flour, almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt.

Add chocolate chips and pulse to combine. Bake the batter in an oiled  8-inch pan.

Melt chocolate chips with milk (or nut milk) and stir until glossy and smooth.

Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
