Best Smoked Baby Back Ribs

This smoked baby back ribs recipe results in fall-off-the bone sticky ribs with an incredible flavor.

Ingredients: – 2 racks baby back ribs -Homemade spice rub – Barbecue sauce – Apple cider – Apple cider vinegar – Butter

Loosen the membrane on the back of the ribs and pull it off using paper towels.

Sprinkle the ribs on both sides with an easy homemade spice rub and refrigerate overnight.

Arrange the ribs directly on the racks of a smoker and cook at 225 F for 3 hours.

Transfer the ribs to foil, and drizzle with apple cider, cider vinegar and barbecue sauce. Dot with butter.

Wrap the ribs in foil and return them to the smoker. Cook until tender, 2-3 hours longer. Brush with more BBQ sauce.

Cut the ribs into portions and drizzle with the juices from the foil packets.

Serve these incredible smoked baby back ribs with more barbecue sauce on the side.
