Yogurt Dill Sauce

Ingredients

Greek yogurt
(regular or nonfat)

garlic clove
, grated on a microplane

chopped dill

lemon juice

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Do Ahead:
The yogurt sauce can be made up to 1 day in advance.
