In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Whip the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and water. Then, beat in the flour mixture.

Pour the batter into the parchment-lined loaf pan.
