Easy Homemade Blizzards

without an ice cream maker!

These homemade blizzards are a cinch to make.

They're made with just whole milk - no eggs or cream!! It's a healthier DQ style Blizzard.

You can use any toppings you like!

You only need 3 ingredients plus your favorite toppings! 

-Milk or Nut Milk -Powdered Sugar -Vanilla -Toppings

Freeze whole milk (or a rich nut milk) in ice cube trays, then transfer the frozen cubes to a Vitamix or food processor.

Add more milk, powdered sugar and vanilla, and then process until smooth and creamy. THAT’S IT!

Add your favorite toppings, then pulse again to combine. Your homemade blizzard is now ready to eat!

You can use any toppings you like, such as: -crumbled cookies -chopped chocolate -graham crackers -granola -candy bars

Spoon the  homemade blizzards into serving cups and add more toppings to taste.

Tip: For vegan blizzards use nut milk instead of whole milk. For a gluten free version use your favorite GF toppings. It's the perfect summer dessert!
