Roast diced butternut squash with sage and whole garlic cloves.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.

Add apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, a bit more sage, and olive oil.

Combine the roasted squash with cooked grains, diced apple, and pecans.
