This is the ultimate Traeger pulled pork recipe! The pork is smoky, sweet, tender, and juicy, and best of all, it's easy to make.

Spice Rub Ingredients

chili powder

cumin

salt

smoked paprika

pepper

celery seeds

oregano

The pork...

1 5-to-6 lb boneless pork butt

Combine the ingredients for the spice rub.

Rub the boneless pork butt with the spice rub and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Smoke the pork directly on the grates until the internal temperature reaches 150˚F.

Transfer the smoked pork butt to a pot and drizzle with barbecue sauce.

Add apple cider vinegar and dot with butter. Cover and cook at 325˚F until the internal temp reaches 195-205˚F

Transfer the cooked pork to a cutting board and let it cool.

Shred the pork and skim off most of the fat from the sauce in the pot.

Place the shredded pork back into the pot and toss with the sauce to coat.
