This easy paleo and gluten free apple cake recipe is supremely moist and tender, with a delicious cinnamon-spiced flavor.

Grate a large apple on a box grater. Use a sweet-tart variety, such as Fuji or Honeycrisp.

Whisk together the dry ingredients, then stir in the wet ingredients.

Transfer the batter to a parchment-lined cake pan.

Bake until golden brown. Let the cake cool before slicing.
