Combine rolled oats, oat flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and melted butter.

Stir until the ingredients are combined and the texture is damp.

Toss the pears with lemon juice, apple cider, cinnamon, vanilla, candied ginger, and cornstarch.

Arrange the pears in a skillet and dot them with butter. Sprinkle on the topping.
