Cut the butter into cubes and put it in the fridge. Cold butter is key to a flaky crust.

Place the flour, salt, and sugar in the food processor and pulse to combine.

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and pulse until somewhat crumbly.

Drizzle the apple cider vinegar on top and start the machine, then start drizzling in cold water.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and form it into a ball. Divide, cover, and refrigerate.
