Powerful, simple, delicious—this low sugar green smoothie is a refreshing easy-to-make recipe that can be made any time of the day. It's loaded with fiber, protein, and vitamins.

Ingredients

almond milk

sea salt

chia seeds

baby spinach or kale

nut butter

stevia or banana

ground flaxseeds

green powder

Pour the almond milk into a high-speed (or regular) blender.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You can add 1/2 banana or leave it out for a no-sugar smoothie.
