This creamy lemon pie is as magical as it is simple. The filling contains just 4 ingredients and has no eggs or gelatin. The no-bake pie is the perfect make-ahead dessert for any occasion!

Crust Almond flour Sugar Cornstarch Sea salt Unsalted butter Filling Heavy cream Lemon zest Lemon juice Sweetened condensed milk

In a bowl, mix together the almond crust ingredients.

Press the crust mixture into a prepared pan and bake until golden. Let cool.

Beat the heavy cream to soft peaks and blend in lemon zest and juice.

Add sweetened condensed milk, then blend until smooth.

Pour the lemon pie filling into the cooled almond crust and refrigerate.
