These roasted acorn squash slices are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish! They get topped with an irresistible brown butter maple sauce.

Acorn squash Aleppo pepper (optional) Butter White wine vinegar Maple syrup Parsley Hazelnuts (optional)

Make the brown butter sauce with butter, maple syrup and vinegar.

Toss the acorn squash slices with some of the sauce, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
