Move over BBQ chicken! This grilled romesco chicken has a sweet and smoky flavor that your whole family is going to love.  It's perfect for weeknights and entertaining! 

Ingredients

olive oil

chicken thighs or breasts

granulated garlic

romesco sauce

Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle granulated garlic, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the chicken, skin-sides up, on the grill.

Brush with romesco sauce. Flip the chicken and brush with more sauce.

Once the chicken is cooked through, transfer it to a platter. Serve with more romesco sauce on the side.
