This easy recipe is a delicious and healthy side dish. It has an  irresistible flavor, with silky, succulent leaves and crisp-tender stems.

Ingredients

water

hoisin sauce

baby bok choy

chile  flakes

sesame seeds

Cut baby bok choy in half. Arrange the halves, cut sides down, in a hot skillet.

Add salt and pepper. Cook until the bottoms are browned, then flip over.

Add the water and hoisin sauce.

Stir and flip the bok choy until it's tender and the sauce has reduced to a glaze.
