This spicy salmon sushi burrito recipe is easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners and make-ahead lunches. Serve it as a wrap or cut it into sushi rolls!

Ingredients

Spicy Salmon Salad Salmon Lime juice Tamari or soy sauce Garlic Ginger Mayonnaise Sriracha Sushi Wraps Nori Sushi rice English cucumber Avocado

Roast the salmon until cooked through, then flake it using two forks.

Whisk together tamari, grated garlic, ginger, and lime juice.

Add the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, and sriracha to taste.

Stir the spicy salmon filling until evenly combined.

Press sushi rice over a nori sheet and add a layer of sliced cucumbers.

Add a layer of the spicy salmon, and top it with avocado slices.

Roll the nori tightly using parchment paper.

Use a small amount of water to seal the nori sheet.
