This Swiss chard gratin recipe will convert chard-phobics into chard-lovers. It's soul-satisfying yet healthy, with a crispy breadcrumb topping.

Ingredients

panko breadcrumbs

coconut milk

Swiss chard

cornstarch

lime

ginger

garlic

Blanch Swiss chard in a pot of boiling water, then drain, rinse, and chop.

Simmer coconut milk with garlic, ginger and cornstarch until thickened.

Stir the chard into the coconut sauce and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
