Easy Vegan Quinoa Burgers

These Easy Vegan Quinoa Burgers are easy to make using pantry ingredients and are the ultimate make-ahead healthy dinner!

Ingredients: -Quinoa -White Beans -Garlic, Cumin & Scallions -Lemon Zest -Panko Breadcrumbs (GF) -Cilantro -Peas


In a food processor, combine garlic, scallions, cilantro, lemon zest, cooked quinoa, white beans and cumin.


Process the mixture to a coarse paste.


Stir in defrosted frozen peas and panko breadcrumbs, then form the mixture into 6 patties.

You can make these vegan quinoa burger patties the day before, making them perfect for meal prep!

Cook the patties in olive oil until golden on each side then serve them on buns, in pita bread or over greens with your favorite fixings!
