water

hoisin sauce

baby bok choy

chile  flakes

sesame seeds

Arrange baby bok choy halves, cut sides down, in a preheated oiled skillet.

Add salt and pepper. Cook until browned on the bottom.

Flip the bok choy over and add water and hoisin sauce.

Stir and flip the bok choy until it's tender and is glazed in the sauce.
