You’re going to love this easy cassava tortilla recipe! The tortillas have a tender texture and incredible flavor. No special equipment needed.

Ingredients

Water Neutral vegetable oil  Almond flour Cassava flour Fine sea salt Garlic Cooking spray or oil

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Spray a preheated griddle or non-stick skillet with cooking spray.

Scoop the batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook until browned on both sides.

Serve the tortillas on their own, or as wraps or flatbreads!
