This easy slow cooker pulled pork recipe results in an ultra juicy, tender texture, and it has the best flavor from a few secret ingredients! 

Spice rub ingredients

Smoked paprika Garlic Ground mustard Cayenne pepper Brown sugar Salt Black pepper

Other Ingredients

Boneless pork shoulder Sweet onion Garlic Apple cider vinegar Honey Barbecue sauce

Mix together the spice rub ingredients. Rub it on the pork shoulder and refrigerate overnight.

Place the sweet onions and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Arrange the pork on top, and drizzle in the apple cider vinegar and honey.

Cook the pork until it's tender when pierced with a knife.

Let the cooked pork cool on a cutting board then shred it using 2 forks.

Transfer the pork back to the slow cooker, and toss in the juices.
