This easy apple galette recipe is cozy yet elegant - it's the perfect dessert for the holidays or any occasion! It can also be made gluten-free. 

Ingredients

Apples Lemon juice Sugar Cinnamon Cardamom Salt Vanilla Cornstarch Pie crust (Gluten free or regular)

Mix together the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, and salt.

Roll out the dough on lightly floured parchment paper.

Arrange the apples on the dough and fold over the edges. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.

Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar. Bake until the crust is browned.

Remove the galette from the oven and brush the apples with apricot jam.
