Ingredients

Rolled oats Apples Pecans Maple sugar Cinnamon Cardamom Nutmeg Salt Butter Vanilla paste

Blend gluten free rolled oats in a food processor and transfer them to a bowl.

Chop nuts in the same food processor (no need to wash it!).

Transfer the nuts into the bowl with ground oats.

Add rolled oats, spices, maple or coconut sugar, and melted butter.

Stir the topping ingredients until combined and damp.

Combine chopped (peeled) apples, sugar, spices, and vanilla paste in a bowl.
