These moist and tender paleo pumpkin muffins taste like pumpkin pie. They're naturally sweetened and dairy free!

Ingredients

maple syrup

almond flour

cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & cloves

vanilla

coconut oil

baking powder

salt

coconut flour

Blend the wet ingredients and spices in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients in the blender.

Blend the batter until smooth.

Scoop the batter into lined muffin cups.
